6.2 Mandated Reporter Confidentiality

Mandated reporters are identified by law and are required to report any incidents of abuse, financial exploitation, or neglect of a vulnerable adult.

The identity of mandated reporters is considered confidential and is not disclosed. However, in some instances, mandated reporter confidentiality can be disclosed.
