6.3 Immunity From Any Civil or Criminal Liability

A reporter (including any business or legal entity) who has made a report in good faith is given perpetual immunity from any civil or criminal liability that might have arisen otherwise from making the report, from being part of the investigation, or for any failure of compliance with the reporting obligations stated under section 609.234 or 626.557, subd. 7 (MS 626.557 subd. 5(a)).
