Any accident as defined in MS 626.5572, subd. 3, which means that an unforeseen, sudden, or unexpected event is not probable and can be prevented with due care, or if the accident occurs while the vulnerable individual is a recipient of services from a facility and the people providing the facility are compliant with the rules and regulations relevant to the incident or event.
